KS-TG22 色标传感器

色标传感器指的是对各种标签进行检测，即使背景颜色有着细微的差别的颜色也可以检测到，处理速度快。自动适应波长，能够检测灰度值的细小差别，与标签和背景的混合颜色无关。

色标传感器常用于检测特定色标或物体上的斑点，它是通过与非色标区相比较来实现色标检测，而不是直接测量颜色。色标传感器实际是一种反向装置，光源垂直于目标物体安装，而接收器与物体成锐角方向安装，让它只检测来自目标物体的散射光，从而避免传感器直接接收反射光，并且可使光束聚焦很窄。白炽灯和单色光源都可用于色标检测。

KTGEE Color code sensors are commonly used to detect spots on specific color codes or objects. They achieve color code detection by comparing with non color code areas, rather than directly measuring colors. The color code sensor is actually a reverse device, where the light source is installed perpendicular to the target object, while the receiver is installed at a sharp angle to the object, allowing it to only detect scattered light from the target object, thereby avoiding direct reception of reflected light by the sensor and making the beam focus very narrow. Both incandescent lamps and monochromatic light sources can be used for color code detection.
